InfoTycoon appoints existing President and COO Kevin George to succeed James Davis as CEO

InfoTycoon declared today that Kevin George, the company’s existing President and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed James Davis as Chief Executive Officer when Davis retires on December 1. Davis will remain to be an active advisor to the business and will serve on the Board of Directors following his retirement.

“Things have never looked brighter for InfoTycoon,” said Davis. “We have built a solid company with great products, a dynamic team, and a rapidly growing list of top-tier multifamily clients. Kevin has been instrumental in the company’s development from the beginning and he will lead InfoTycoon to new heights in 2017 and beyond.”

George was appointed as a President and COO of InfoTycoon in 2012. During his term at InfoTycoon, George masterminded the initial development of the company’s award-winning products, its market launch in November 2013, and espousal by approximately 100 clients who control 2 million multifamily units nationwide.

“I am truly honored to be assuming this role in the company,” said George. “For over 4 years, James has been instrumental in the tremendous growth of the company and this is just the beginning. InfoTycoon is well positioned to continue developing innovative software solutions for the multifamily industry and I am looking forward to leading the company through its next phase of growth.”

Before joining InfoTycoon, George was Founder and CEO of Progility Partners from 2007 to 2012. He has also held leadership roles at Click Tactics, Quris, Inc., and Silverpop. George is a renowned leader in the Atlanta technology community.
