ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting into the Vice President of Human Resources based in Hong Kong, the Human Resources Manager will be an integral member of a new, ambitious and dynamic HR team with core focus on maximizing individual and organizational potential by developing and retaining a high performing and diverse culture while building strategic partnerships and collaboration across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate all interviews and hiring initiatives in accordance to HR process and procedures
Assist in compensation and benefits administration and coordination
Administer performance review process
Maintaining Human Resource Information System including leave management
Manage payroll reports and taxation administration
Coordinate and facilitate full spectrum of on boarding and exit management process
Providing general administrative support ensuring confidential and accurate documentations, assisting in generation of reports, consistent filing and record keeping
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and legislations
Responsible for employee relations activities and engagement initiatives
Play a crucial role in ongoing improvement of HR operational performance across regions
Assist in vendor interactions and ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, or related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience in full spectrum HR functions with demonstrated proficiency in HR operations and administration
Well versed in local employment ordinance and regulations
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Regional experience is an advantage
