Job Description :

The candidate should be successful in management and operation of the hotel and demonstrates excellent leadership skills that inspire others to succeed. He should ensures hotel profitability and the delivery of high scores across hotel service, quality, maintenance and appearance. He also should ensures the completion and review of the hotels annual budget, marketing plan, capital expenditures plan and implementation of the company policies and procedures. General Manager with a degree in Hospitality Operations & Administration & minimum 8-10 year experience in limited or full service property (Resorts & Banquets preferred). Ability &willingness to work in flexible hours. Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth &a pattern of exceptional performance.
