Job Description :
Strategy implementation by establishing HR systems & processes across the spectrum of HR viz. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Career & Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, Employee Engagement, Compliance and Industrial Relations. Design and update organization structure aligned with changes in business environment. Spearhead PMS process for the business including finalization of rewards and manage IR, labour issues at project sites. Qualification: MBA (HR) Experience: 10 -15 years' experience in overall HR functions with specific exposure to talent acquisition and handling issues in Industrial Relations in a large project construction environment. Location: Delhi, Hyderabad and Goa .
