    Personnel Specification - Team Manager / Sr. Executive

    The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to Recruitment. He/she will ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective Recruitment to Clients. 

    Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Education and Experience required:

    A relevant university degree or relevant professional qualification PLUS 1 years' experience in a Recruitment role, including managing high volume recruitment campaigns
    OR
    Have worked at least 3 years in a Recruitment role, including managing high volume recruitment campaigns

    Team Size Handled - Team Manager - 4 AND Sr. Exe - 2

    Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Manager
    Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
    Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
    Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
    Manages and develops the Team of HR-trainee Recruiters
    Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy;
    receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
    briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
    organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
    informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
    negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
    Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
    Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
    Lead, train and develop direct reports & implement appropriate performance management activities. Conduct regular team briefings, meet and discuss any issues with direct reports which may affect Recruitment & Selection policy/protocols which have arisen as a result of enquiries.
