Job role:

This is a HR Generalist role and the Manager will be responsible for leading the HR function at BAIF, Pune office and also support the pan-India HR operations, guide the State HR teams in effective implementation of the HR policies and organizational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

-Handle and supervise end to end recruitments
-Prepares new employees for the smooth functioning by conducting effective joining and orientation program
-Review and development of compensation structures & pay scales. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, preparing pay budgets; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
-Review and development of the Performance Management System, ensures planning & monitoring of the periodical performance reviews, takes necessary actions based on the inputs provided by the management and state teams
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures and also its effective implementation across the BAIF Group pan-India
-Maintains the employee engagement with the organization and spearheads various initiatives for the same
-Maintains and develops the various organizational development initiatives as directed by the management
-Monitoring, evaluation and development of various employee welfare schemes; maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending new and revised benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs etc.
-Ensure timely statutory compliances; ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable state requirements; monitor and supervise legal cases in the Group; maintaining necessary records
-Effectively maintains historical human resource records keeping past and current records
-Maintains and enhance employee relations, resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors/managers, investigate into any such matters as necessary
-Plans and conducts the annual HR audits at all state locations, organize the annual HR Workshops for the HR team across all the states
-Support and guide the HR teams across all the states for the HR, Admin and Capacity Building matters
-Maintains the HR staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training them
-Conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes
-Completes HR teams operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing professional networks that will be useful to the organization
