- 1)Managing the Human Resources Department including personnel administration (for example, hiring new employees, calculating and paying salaries, work-time registration, personal data protection and carrying out recruitment processes and trainings).
2)Active searching for new employees and hiring appropriate employees for the organization.
3)Active searching for new solutions supporting processes in this area.
4)Planning personal politics and controlling its accomplishment.
5)Obeying current legal work regulations and following changes in them.
6)Analyzing and reporting personnel and payroll data (indicators).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience min. 3 years in a similar position.
Higher education (specialization in HR, economics, psychology or law would be welcome).
Strong interpersonal skills (communication, solving conflicts, interaction with people, mediation).
Vast knowledge of employment law and social insurance.
Fluent English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada
Practical knowledge of personnel and payroll programs.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Abilities to plan and organize things effectively.
Abilities to manage teams, distribute tasks, motivate and take care of employees development.
