- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions of the organization across all levels.
Responsible for end to end recruitment.
To ensure all statutory compliance's related to all Govt. Offices & labour welfare, PF, ESI, PT, Factory & Boiler Act.
Performance appraisal and management.
Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
Manpower planning and recruitment as per organogram
Development of KRAs and preparing JDs of all requirements with coordination of HODs.
Ensure Training & development (min 02 training's on soft skills)
Overseeing induction/ orientation as well as implementing induction & personnel manual.
Responsible to develop good ER/IR and good working culture among the staff and workers.
Responsible for employees compensation, benefits, recognition & ward.
Employee Retention and Attrition Management
Handling of disputes, conflicts at the plant level.
Administration and personnel affairs Develop competent contractors, Security measures, attendance, payroll, insurance, leave and welfare.
Implementation of CSR activity.
Responsible to handle Stay, Exit/Relieving and Full & final settlement.
