HR Executive (Female Only)

Role and Responsibilities:
The HR Executive is responsible for providing support in various Human Resource functions which include Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and General HR Admin.
ü Assist and coordinate with PR Department for finalizing of necessary documents to process new visas, renewals or exit permits.
ü Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on relevant qualifications and store in database for retrieval as and when required.
ü Organizing interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc.
ü Conduct preliminary interview rounds for short listing candidates and conduct aptitude tests and interview assessment with line manager.
ü Manage updates of Employee Database, Employee Files, Visas Renewals, Passport Renewals etc.
ü Manage the timely processing of pre-employment requirements and new joiner arrangements.
ü Receive employee appeals and grievances and forward to Operations Manager.
ü Ensure fairness and consistency of all company policies and corrective actions.
ü Monitors leave availments. Maintaining attendance records.
ü Provide all secretary support as and when required.
Provide Assistance to the Recruitment Team when required.
