Job Description 
  • HR Policies and Procedure
    Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
    Developing / updating and implementing HR Policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
    Review the staffs rules and regulations (or employee handbook) on a regular basis.
    Responsible for Auditing of all HR Processes & Policies to ensure the policies are amended on timely basis.

    Organization Structuring & Strategic HR
    Structuring / restructuring & strategic planning for the organization
    Study organizations expansion plans, mission, goals, objectives, etc. along with the manpower plan
    Understanding of existing organization structure 
    Designing of organization structure, reporting structure, hierarchy structure, communication structure
    Defining Interlinks and getting approvals for the defined structures
    Responsible for interactions with the HODs, Team Leaders, Sr. Managers, etc. for the implementation of the organization structure (Function / Dept wise)
    Finalizing, documenting, updating the same and ensuring the thorough follow through of the same

    HR SOPs
    Defining & designing the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for HR department
    Finalizing, documenting & implementing HR-SOPs
    Modifications, amendments.

    Compensation & Benefit
    Analysis of existing Compensation structure in the organization
    Research work & survey of current Compensation structure or trends in the market 
    Benchmarking for defining of the Compensation structure in the organization
    Ensuring the implementation of the compensation structure without any conflicts 
    Defining, implementing the various benefit programs for the employees
    Defining, implementing the Incentive policy, Performance Pay policy, Bonus policy, etc.
    Implementation of statutory compliances for the benefit of the organization and employees

    Performance Management System
    Understanding the work plan, organizations objectives and defining of KRAs for an employee
    Doing competency mapping based on employee skills, experience, goals, etc.
    Defining & implementing the performance management system to monitor the performance of an employee 
    Defining & implementing the Employee Performance Assessment system, Performance Review methods, Performance Policy, Increment Process, Appraisal Systems, etc.
    Ensuring an employee is being efficient and productive for an organization
    Training & Development
    Analysing training needs across all the levels by implementing frequent TNA programs
    Identifying the cost effective Internal & External training programs and vendor identification
    Designing the Training Calendar 
    Defining the Costing & Budgeting for the various Training programs
    Vendor Management for training programs
    Execution of Evaluation & Assessment of the training programs
    Designing & Implementation of Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Technical training sessions, etc. 
    Doing one to one coaching sessions, counselling the employees for their personality development

    Organizational Development Activity
    Designed and implemented OD Activities Online Library Management, Refreshment ideas, Talent Appreciation Functions, Gift & Award System, etc.
    Responsible to create and to maintain a healthy and conflict free environment
    Ensuring that an employee is getting a complete Job Satisfaction
    Business capability enhancement. Conceptualize and lead change management interventions which influence the company in the areas of: Cultural Change & Leadership Development.
    Facilitating process of talent development programs.
    Strategize, develop & implement Succession planning.
    Ensure process for Management Development Program for future middle level & top level Management.
    Conducting employee satisfaction surveys / poll to analyse the results and drive initiatives / developmental plans based on the findings.
    Planning & implementation of EVP program.
    Facilitate for assessment centres, preparation & monitoring implementation of individual developmental plans.
    Defining various OD activities for effective employee relations
    Defining costing, budget for OD, Employee Relation activity
    Execution of various OD activities and Employee Relation programs
    Responsible for Reviews and Follow Check of such activities
    Designing Employee Satisfaction Survey, executing the same and Report presentation to the management
    Responsible for taking employees feedback, suggestions and implementation of required suggestions
