General Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general admin duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Take minutes at meetings.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for her/his departments.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events and other similar activities for various departments to assist.
Type correspondence, reports, PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
Maintain office files.
Perform other related duties as required.
Coordinate with various staff and serve as a liaison between departments in the day-to-day admin duties.
Arranging local transportation for staff when needed and in coordination with the Sr. Manager- Administration
Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Ensure meeting rooms on the floor are kept tidy.
Order catering and arrange refreshments for meetings whenever required in coordination with the Assistant Manager Administration.
Prioritize workload to ensure that demands are met within appropriate timescales.
Understand other departments roles and requirements fully so that information is passed to the appropriate areas..etc.
