Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters to ensure compliance and company-wide consistency
Responsibility for conducting employee relations investigations (both formal and informal) and inquiries, providing consultation and guidance and recommending outcomes to resolve employee relations issues, with a key focus on maintaining a positive employee relations climate
Providing recommendation and input for policy changes and responsibility to monitor and enforce consistent application of policy
Partnering with HR centres of excellence (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Disability Management, Learning and Development) to ensure effective delivery of services
